Im sure it will turn out ok, Dhgate do take a very long time when refunding money but they do get round to it in the end.
took me 8 weeks to get a refund the first time.
the other anoying thing you will find is that you will lose money when it gets transfered back due to exchange rates and charges.

DHGate has proved to me with screenshots of there paypal account transaction that paypal has been given back my money. Paypal does not seem willing to give up the money to me though.
Anyway, I am satisfied that DHGate has refunded the money at this point.

Well then that just leaves one thing for me to say, No I cant do it, Agghh!

Hi anyone can help me please.
So I had order some cigarette from dhgate worth £318 and seller send it in 2 separet parcel, one has been destroyet from hm costumer saying the sender didn't declare the value and contain in parcel ,for the second no one can find it .In track nr said is in way to my delivery adress sinc 2/9/09 .I open dispute and the seller asked me to closed. After he said me how much do you want .My dispute end on 26 /10/09.
Please help what to do

I had a recent experience with DHGate. I placed an order for an original and brand new Nokia N97 for USD 346.70 in November 2009 but received a fake unit. I raised a dispute and got a partial refund of USD 200.00.
The transaction was made using Paypal and the partial refund of USD200.00 was received within 1 month after raising the dispute.



I don't know what happened to the balance of USD 146.70. I asked DHGate but received no response. I also found out that the fraud seller (hongjiatrade) is still selling items.

DHGate seems tolerating the activity of fraud seller.... this is really very unfair.

STAY AWAY from DHGate if you don't want to have a similar experience.
