Hi Jez,

I know...took me ages as well...like I said I don't know why I do them either...but it may have answered the questions Chris asked!!!... and....thanks...what else can I do?!

You're right though....I did think it should be a much smaller order but as it may take quite a while until I get the goods - and I need them to start up my property-stylist business, I really wanted all the selection (as I'm about to go and try and get clients) by the time I looked at what I needed it added up.

As the $ is half to the £ that makes a big difference, so doubling what I would have spent first off if the £= $!. I agree that was not the wisest thing ...and I did get carried away with my choices! It was once I had gone past fitting it all into 2 cars and I had to hire a van ...then I wanted to make use of the cost of that also and fill it to capacity, balancing out the cost ...a bit!

Re: more details -I guess the manufacturers thinks of smallvolume as that...and would give more info for much larger orders. You can only but ask for as much info as possible...they are called small voulme so they must be used to small orders.

Also.....it's my money...so my loss ...or gain!!! My partner sells on ebay- PC chips etc and he thinks I'm gona lose out...but that's another story!

Janine.

Hi Janine,
I am about to order from smallvolume.com and would like to know whether you were satisfied with the goods you purchased. Is the quality good? Were they the same you ordered? Lastly, are you happy with this little business transaction with smallvolume.com and do you think you will order from them again?
Sorry if I am asking too many questions but the fact is that I am very keen to purchase from them( the price is really good) but am afraid that they do not send me the goods want or send me low quality goods.
Hope I get a reply from you soon.
Sha

Hi Sha,

If you read through the posts...you'll notice that I have placed my first order, which is being put together now. Therefore I have not received goods from them- as yet ...hopefully!....so I can't anwer your questions.

Janine.

Hi again Janine,
Sorry for the misunderstanding...thought you got your goods already. Anyway, I've made up my mind and going ahead with the order. Everything seems to have gone smoothly for you so far so I hope it will be the same for me. Do let us know when you get your goods if they are o.k.
thanks

Not suspicious.
I just rang their published Singapore office number and the person who answered knew nothing about smallvolume.com. BEWARE! I smell a SCAM!!! I also called their China number and there was no reply (I couldn't tell if it was a dead ringtone or no answer but I couldn't get through). If it was a legit company, they would have some kind of voicemail I think. Anyway, I tried it twice without luck. Again, I smell a SCAM! I also looked at their so called testimonial company (tmonroe) whose website looks a tad dodgy, and I emailed them to enquire more...still awaiting reply. All in all, I feel if it sounds too good to be true...it probabably is (unfortunately)!

I have called and spoken to them! It is Sunday and perhaps they are closed!!!! Alot of companies do not have voicemail?! Maybe you should have asked for 'Good Orient' their sister company, as that was the first response I got ( the lady that answered could not understand me) but then I got put through to some-one from smallvolume who asked for my order number. I also emailed her and she emailed me another tel. number which was better to get her on.

I still have received many emails regarding changing my order slightly due to -out of stock products and making new selections.Hopefully my goods should be getting compiled together soon for shipment.
