I wired this "factory owner" for RL polo's and sure enough they still havent come and its been a month. Another great seller from Alibaba. Anyone else dealt with Syed before?

Have you contacted customs? It could be held there..Did they provide tracking numbers? Don't want to sound doom and gloom but I personally recommend NOT to use Alibaba, sure there are legitimate sellers on there but they are far outweighed by the rouge outfits.
Hopefully it will be a minor glitch not a scam, what sort of value are we talking? It may be one of those to put down to experience!!!

It was under a grand. I did not want to send a lot the first time around, but a lose in the beginning always hurts. He did provide a tracking number, but it turned out to be invalid. I have a feeling that the merchandide would have turned out to be fraudulent, so it would have been a waste anyways.

If you have all his details probably the best bet is to phone your bank and see if you can file a chargeback.
Even if you cannot do a chargeback the bank will inform you of what you need to do.
