Default Problem with DHGate.com order

So i made an order with dhgate with a person who had over a 100 positive feedback, and i aksed him before i ordered if the shirts i wanted were in stock. He said yes. I received my order and i am missing half of it. Plus they are not the colors i wanted. I email him and there was no responce. I also filed a complaint with DHGate and Paypal. I also used my credit card to pay, so if i do not get any responce show i call the credit card company too? The colors are not reall that big of deal, i just want the other half of the order. All suggestion would be helpful, Thanks!

Sometimes suppliers will ship large orders in a couple of different packages to avoid weight/size issues and fees. Perhaps that is what happened. I must say though, it is a bit odd that he is not responding. How long has he not said anything? He may actually just be on vacation...it is that time of year.

DHgate charge supplier 30% transaction fees. That make suppliers of DHgate very hard.

You shouldn't trust the feedbacks of DHgate buyers because many of those were given by other DHgate suppliers. They built fake feedbacks for each other.

Default Dh Gate Issues

I recently decided to use dhgate as a supplier of cell phones. I identified that there was high demand for the Nokia 8800 sirocco and some other hi-tech GSM cell phones worldwide. I closed several sales on Ebay in the first month and found as the merchandise was being delivered more and more complaints were being received about the purchases. Communication is very time consuming, because the suppliers respond to the part of the communication that is convenient and puts you in an uncompromising postion having the responsibility to fulfill the ebay buyers expectation. I think I need to cancel the remainder of my pending listings until I am able to locate a reliable source. Any thoughts??

hi
I would definitely not recommend dropshipping mobiles from dhgate. Dhgate is best for unbranded accessories, if you buy in bulk you can get stuff for 30p which you can sell on at 3-4 pounds.
