its not illegal to copy the design, its illegal to call it an apple ipod.
I in no way condone fake ipods. However, It is not illegal to copy the design and call it an MP3 player or an ''Ipod'' (not an Apple Ipod). So it's technically legal to sell it if you say it is not official.
Sorry guys, I didnt mean I will do business on replica apple ipod. I will only want to buy and resaling wholesale of genuine ipod. That's why I asked people who bought the genuine one. I want to know which sellers on DHgate selling the genuine ipod because many sellers sell fake.
However I asked if the fake one in good quality because I wanna use it myself.
Btw, noone bought genuine ipod from that website yet?

DHGate is a no go for Apple iPods. I would be amazed to find any seller who sells real genuine iPods.
If you want to use DHgate forget about buying ipods to sell, buy accessories, DHgate specialises in them. Buy in bulk and you can for example pay about 35p for something you can sell at 3 pounds
i got scammed with them. i still haven't recieved my money back from dhgate even though they told me that the seller gor their ipods back. what a loads of ****.
don't buy from dhgate if electronic
i got good clothes from there tho.
