china supplier any good?

Dear members,
I came across a site with info on how to order from china and hot to reduce tax.
the site is http://www.squidoo.com/chinavasion.
what i wanted to know is if anybody here on the forum has experience with this china site.
these electronics are cheap but what about the quality ?
