Also, you know that dropship-it's prices include delivery and any duty costs, I don't think dropshipnetworks do. The only down side where dropship-it is concerned is lack of information about the phones on offer, no pics, spec or anything and you need to ask them everytime you want to know something or, you could copy the info of another site.

mobilephones-wholesaler might be better for people looking to purchase mobile phones in bulk rather than dropship.

No, I havn't used them before but I remember seeing some good comments on here about them but I can't remember which member it was. I have not read anything bad about their reliability yet.

If you have to pay delivery and duty costs, I don't think they're worth using, even in bulk.

They ship stating that it is a gift and it is under “x” amount of $, this should get though customs with no charge but this is not always the case, I think it averages as 4 in 10 get checked with a average import charge of £20.00 per phone. I believe they now give you the opportunity to insure each phone against this so if it gets caught they will pay for any charges, cant tell you how much that is though.

May work for singular items but customs now flag addresses and as such it increases the likelihood of being held, import charges are based on cost of item so averages do not apply tbh.

Also this is an illegal, tax avoiding, practice and if proved as a process you are willingly involved in can cost you a lot more than the tax charge....

aaaargh! u beat me to it mike. i was going to say the same. the charge on electronics is usually 30% of the declared value. marking it as a gift wont help if the declared value is over 18GBP. not suggesting anything but i got screwed for that once, so be careful. Its better NOT to try and find ways to avoid this tax if u are going to import regularly
