3. I don't like that they said that they are a Gold Supplier on Alibaba and, for whatever reason, they are not listed.
4. Their website registration is brand new (Sept. 30th 2005). Which is not a problem by itself, but I was hoping it had been around awhile.
They could be totally legit but I have little experience dealing with suppliers. Being able to read about other people's experiences is a great help.

Um, GarageA4, if you read earlier in the thread, quizracer21 received a sample order of 5 ipod nanos from this supplier, and they were delivered in 3-5 business days via UPS ground. (Normal shipping is 15 business days, but he had the stock in his office, so it was faster shipping) Also, they are in the process of getting the trustpass via alibaba, also mentioned earlier in the thread. Also, I called AMEX about their fraud protection, and asked them if they offered fraud protection on items bought for resale. They told me that they offered fraud protection for everything you buy. I outlined to AMEX the possibility of ordering from this merchant and not receiving the goods, and they told me that if you do not receive your items, call them up, and they will issue a temporary credit. They will investigate the matter and you will not be held responsible for the charges during the investigation. They told me that 85% of the time the investigation goes in the favor of the cardholder, and they will either a) make sure the supplier mails your goods to you, or b) the temporary credit issued will become permanent (You get your money back). You have complete peace of mind paying for goods with an AMEX card. Oh, and I mailed Bob about his EIN number not found on the Michigan business website. He told me he has the legal papers in hand when he registered, and is currently looking into why his business isn't posted on the site (He has been in business for over about a year, check out this document:
