It was explained to you via your voice mail that these goods were required swiftly for the weekend. Indeed Tuesday Was the day TNC from Hk sent his shipment out to me, it was received yesterday, making me further cuckoo about a delivery from Herts.
My delivery details were offered and I attempted to contact you to obtain collection details for my courier. And you know how many times that was by missed calls and unanswered emails.
Following the bosses intervention, late Thursday evening you offered an explanation. I appreciate the difficulties you have had this week and conveyed them to you.
I'm glad that we have finally sorted this out today by me calling you to confirm collection. The delay as you put was 'entirely your fault' and I'm old enough to not let this week hinder any further business between us.
