Don't worry about it. These things happen. I think it might be impossible to get some, unless we buy them from the manufacturer OR the official distributor. Don't worry either way
Don't you just hate it when the supplier makes promises and ends up breaking every single 1? I'v had this happen to me so many times in the past which is why I came up with something nobody sells and in the process of researching before starting my own company.
