Yes, I've searched them on this forum ordered 5 games as a sample order and the initial customer services was great but its been a week and they hvn't dispatched games and the guy hasn't emailed in 4 days and no one seems to pick the phone up however it does go to a message which states that i've contact hi-tech sales. A few people from this site have dealt with them, just wanted there experiences. Any advice on what my next step is? Its not a big order but still irritating.
I haven't dealt with them personally, but I know of people who have and continue to do so on a regular basis. Without any problems. I cannot see any reason why you wouldn't get your order. So just keep trying to contact them.
Yeh he finally dispatched the products but I have a sneaky feeling that he uses a dropshipper and doesn't hold stock simply because it took him more then a week to just package and send the item, they seem to be honest sellers but in the games market, they simply take too long to ship
