WOW! I've been out all day and haven't been able to get on forum until now. Boy, has this thread kicked off!

I'm also incline to think that Quiznuts and Quizthingy are the same person and have something to do with BRV Suppliers, why else are they taking comments about this company so personally, obviously feel like it's a personal attack upon thier person/s.

I agree with Guru, someone needs to actually pay these guys a visit and find out if they are legit or scammers. Until we know for sure I would steer clear.

I have felt this all along, hence my position of reluctant ness to post..

garyford, thanks for pointing that out...it was past 4am in the morning when i found that stuff.. my bad
someone seriously does need to visit them. as for me, even in the original BRV thread, i pointed out to the concidence of two people joining the same forum, interested in the same thread on the same day within a few minutes of each other.
i called amex and they told me I WONT be covered for a purchase like that just like JMgames has pointed out. i might have posted the wrong link thinking it could be applied to this situation, but i just got off the phone with AMEX.

anyone think its a good idea to invite bob from brv to simply join this forum and let them explain?

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. He already knows about it according to the last thread.

Guys, I'm just gonna be real honest. I'm sorry if I came across as attacking anyone. It was not my intention, I was just frustrated that we seemed to be going around in circles over the same things we talked about in the previous thread. I clearly made note of some of my observations, but it was like you guys passed over those things and didn't care what I had to say. You were so quick to put in your own opinions. At least that is how it came across I did a google search on brvsuppliers and found only that the Google Answer was removed by a Google editor. I'm trying to figure out why, perhaps some false information? I don't know. I am not the same person as quizracer21, and while what you want me to say is that I am the biggest sleezball in the world to have two accounts and post under two different usernames in the same two threads posing as the same person writing like I'm two different people, it is simply NOT TRUE. I don't know how else to communicate this to you all. I know I have a somewhat tarnished reputation in this forum now based on some of the things I said, but I'm just like you guys trying to find a legit supplier. I don't work for brvsuppliers, and I'm not Bob's right hand man. I'm going to visit him in 2 1/2 weeks. But I have asked him a lot of questions based on the questions we have asked in this forum, as well as all the alleged stuff mentioned in the Google answer. He has answered every single one of them well in my opinion, a lot of which I have not shared in this thread or the other one, and I guess I didn't feel the need to. I hope you don't see it as trying to withhold information, but it was a lot of information he was giving me in a short time. I called AMEX about their policy, they told me (and everyone hear this) that if you do not receive your goods, you would call AMEX, file a dispute, they would try to contact the merchant, if the merchant doesn't respond or doesn't ship the goods, you get your money back. If the supplier says he shipped the goods, and can provide proof for that, then it is out of AMEX's hands and in favor of the merchant. This is called their "Items not received policy", and I have been trying to find it on the website, but this is what they told me over the phone.

I can honestly say I feel hurt by all you guys. Both on your assumptions of me and quizracer21, and for not reading my posts in the other thread before posting your own. Yes, some of it I deserved (the crap I've gotten). For that, I'm sorry. But I think forums like this are about community, and I want to be the first one to restore some community in this thread.

Just wondering something about the AMEX deal. I don't have an account so this really doesnt bother me one way or the other. But say your right quiznut1 and all anyone would have to do is ship out a box or boxes around the same weight and give a tracking number. Is this not proof enough for AMEX to drop your complaint? I know I had a simular problem with Pay Pal once on that. It damn near took an act of god to get my money back. The only reason I did was because I found the same listing on ebay again a month later and sent all the information into ebay and pay pal. Finally they seen I proved it was a scam. Just a thought for you people thinking of using any credit cards. Even if it is covered you can still get scammed very easily. Hope no scammers see this. lol

I very seriously doubt a scammer is going to stick around and duke it out with you and the AMEX corp. Most (if not all) of the scammers just want to snag as much quick cash as they can via wire transfer or Western Union, then disappear and pop up elsewhere with a different identity, but same "modus operandi".

You can pick at brvsuppliers all you want, but to me, he just doesn't fit the profile of a scammer.

Dude, nobody is getting at you. We simply have our suspisions..

I still think that inviting this "bob" bloke to the forum to clear this up is the way forward. We have seen on here before that when somebody from the site concerned comes on here and clears everything up for people..

quiznut, perhaps you would like to invite him to the forum for us to clear this slightly tiresome thread up..

Thank You,

Anthony

hey u guys!! thought i'd put u out of ur misery. I dont know if every1 here has read the google answer question (which i paid $130 + $10 tips - any1 care to donate some money to me for sharing the answers?? joke) but google explained that they were almost certain that brvsuppliers were fake. however after reading their answer, we replied to google with a business license that bob had supplied to me previously. Google then clarified that there really is a company but it is known as 'Network Startup' and brvsuppliers is just a subsidiary of this company.
even google cannot prove that this company is a scam and they are basing their facts on circumstantial evidence.

IVE GOT A QUESTION FOR QUIZRACER21. DID U HAVE TO SIGN LEGAL DOCUMENTS UPON PLACING ORDER? SHOULDN'T THIS TELL U HOW LEGIT THE COMPANY IS??
