I emailed Bob regarding the issues pointed out in this thread and here is his response:
Hello Cameron,
I tried to make an account, but their SQL was not functioning properly. I do not know when the last time was that anyone checked out that answer on google.com, but it has since then been removed. I wrote an e-mail to google telling them to further research this article. The information they provided for their buyer was simply rediculous. They said we do not have a contact phone number? It is right on the homepage. This alone was my first red flag that told me they barely even read our site...Read my mail for yourself.....
I would like this content removed. I am not a scam and this information could potentially harm business. I have never worked with the person in my life. Their information is fake and not researched. Here is the link to the accusations. I have rebuttaled to their statements below.

To answer the statements below:
1. Yes we are a registered company. BRV Suppliers is a legal subsidiary of Network Startup. Please view our legal MICHIGAN DBA here, (

2. Yes we do have our phone number and fax line listed on our site. The person is an idiot and simply did not even read our site throughly. Yes our address is also listed on the invoicing, also included on the site.
3. 1 year is the standard registration for a website domain. It would be unheard of to register your web domain for 10+ years! Nobody does that. The reason why the number comes up unlisted is because the main contact number is my personal cell. Would you rather talk to an answering machine when I am only in the office, or would you rather talk to me and be able to get a hold of me ASAP?
4. We do not reccomend a wire transfer. It states very clearly that we suggest AMEX for first, second, third, etc. orders, until you feel comfortable with any other payment. It is up to the buyer. We offer AMEX because they provide buyer fraud protection. Look up the process it takes to aquire an AMEX merchant account. They require a lot of REGISTERED business information. If I couldn't pass that, I would not have a merchant account.
Bottom line:
Who ever wrote this article, accusing our company of being a scam did not do their homework. Be realistic. Don't trust everything that you read.
