Say if i would have brought a iphone from this amy and she told me it was real and all that scamming bs.

I would go to paypal file a claim and the money will go on hold then paypal takes care of it. Paypal does some investigations....

Paypal knows that china is a red flag and they just usally refund you your money.

Of what you can do to get ultimate protection is pay through paypal with a credit card(american express)

link your card to your paypal account and when you send payments click the check that says pay with card.

Then if anything goes wrong you can file a claim with paypal and call your card carrier and say it was a fake item that we have received.

i say american express because they dont ask questions they just do it.

and all of your money is protected. with other cards only certain amounts is protected. also other cards you would have to fill out forms.

but basically paying with credit card is the safest you will always get your money back.

since i am 17 and dont have a credit card i use paypal.

sorry for the long explanation but ya i have yet to lose any money and i have spent a near 10000 on buying from china.

If you paid with PayPal and they withdrew the money to their bank, then you get your goods and file a claim, PayPal will not refund you as the funds are no longer in the account.

and yes they money gets put on hold then after paypal takes care of it you will get the money

Just to clear it up about PayPal. If you pay by payapl and the money is in your paypal balance or debited from your bank account you haven't got a cat in hells chance of getting your money back for a fake item unless you bought it on ebay. As soon as you open escalate a 'not as described' dispute to a claim paypal will close it straight away and say you are not covered (unless it's on ebay)

If you pay by credit card via your paypal account and you make a claim with your credit card company then you are covered.

I know which Amy u r talking about.... she email me very often...she is trying to sell me their electronics..... she is very damn annoying.....but... I found something that we should learn from her tho..... never give up!!

YES i know you must file a claim through paypal. Also call you credit company and dispute it your fine.
