I am writing on here to ask for a bit of advice. I recently ordered around $300 of goods of the dhgate.com website, from the member; Army. I ordered a small amount just to see the quality and efficiency of the seller and products.

The products were sent out promptly the next day after payment was verified and i received the tracking number, it is sent through EMS. I have been tracking since it was available on the EMS website, and everything seemed fine until yesterday on the tracking.

You see these products were supposed to be coming to London, UK, but for some reason the products have landed in Warsaw, POLAND and are currently in customs over there, why is this?? do you think it was a mistake with the shipping company??, or do you think i have been given a fake tracking number from the seller??

I have tried to contact EMS in china, whos customer service line is awful, and told me to just wait and see if it arrives, as sometimes they mess up the shipping. The seller; ARMY has not replied to my messages for 2 to 3 days on dhgate, do i start a dispute with DHGATE or Paypal??. The problem is i have a couple of buyers waiting for the items here in the UK. Should i just wait and see??

The other thing was that the parcel was released from customs in Poland and then was handed back to customs in Poland about an hour later, does that mean its been a shipping mistake? I have also spoke to parcelforce here in the UK and they know nothing about the parcel coming in to the UK as of yet. Any suggestions of action to take next would be great.

Hi,
Either the seller has given you the wrong tracking number or the parcel for some reason has been directed to Poland. It would best to wait for the seller to reply.
