Funnily enough, I've been looking at Packaging tonight too.
I found a few websites, one of them being the one you posted but they didn't have the size I wanted so I kept looking. Found 2 websites doing a custom build service. Only have prices from one of them though as the other required that I fill in a form (....was feeling lazy)
Not really sure if you're after boxes or jiffy bags - I've seen some of them glasses cases and they appear to be quite chunky.
ASC Direct - Browse their stock items or click on "Box Builder" for the custom build option. Prices were quite good considering the size and strength (number of layers) of the boxes that I require. You can select from 3 types of box and define your own Length, Width, Height, etc...
Packaging2U - These guys require you to fill out a form so they can quote you for custom builds - I suppose it wouldn't hurt; look out for the "Bespoke Products" part. Again, not sure what size you would require for sunglasses. There are loads of different categories available in the navigation pane with lots of different sizes available.
Raja-Pack - "Formally known as Aid-Pack" -We use these guys all the time at work. Fast delivery and usually get a good price if I buy in bulk, can schedule orders too. Lots of categories to choose from again....

If anyone else knows where I can get a larger version of
THESE please let me know (preferably with low MOQ's/pack size as I need to make sure it'll be a snug fit). Will hopefully work out cheaper to the custom build option if I could get a hold of some.
