I ordered the photo 30gb, and was told that they have it in stock.

That's what i ordered.. I ordered two 30gb video ipods, along with two 2gb iPod nano's. If they are in stock then I dont see why he would make me wait a 5-10 day mailing period.

Good luck all... keep us posted... i'll email them tonight and see maybe their prices on the site is retail. Maybe they'll sell larger qty at lower prices....

Still nothing... I ordered on 11/25/05.. order still says "in-progress". I emailed the sales team, and no reply.. i'd give it a few more days before name and shame.. ill keep you posted.

Well, it might be too soon for that. November 25 isn't that far back. If he is a broker (which he probably is) then you're probably looking at a lead time of at least 2 - 3 weeks if he's fast. My supplier can get Nanos 8 days to him and another 8 days to me so a total of 16 days... that's just how the broker business is. The important thing is that your product arrives and the broker you went through wasn't a dead end.

I use my supplier because they do the hard and painful job of getting legit leads and I sit back a reap the benefits. Nature of the beast.

Hang in there. I hope your order does go through. I've never dealt with them before so I can't say if they are scammers but let's just see how this one plays out.
