mobile wholesaler legit?

Hello,
I found a supplier of cell phones on alibaba who accepts paypal. here is the website:

She is verified and only accepts orders that are minimum of 1500. i however cannot afford this. If someone, is willing to do a group buy, I can invest like 850. this is just for the first order to see if she is legit. Can anyone help me out if she is legit? And if she is, can someone help me do a group buy?

Maybe im wrong but $399 for an 8800 seems too low to be genuine.

Yeah that is cheap! and N91 - $250... they claim that they have these in stock but I am afraid it is not launched yet? or am i wrong?

if she is not legit, can someone recommend me to a supplier who has a very low MOQ with video games, cell phones, and ipods. i not have much funds which is why the low moq and am also new to this wholesale thing.

ic! I was thinking if you are in Canada, I can help you out with small MOQ of cell phones... at the moment, my business partner in HK is locating wholesalers of cell phones and video games in HK so I might be able to offer small MOQ in the future!
