does anyone know if there is something wrong with digitech, i have emailed them more than 6 times but i get no answer, also no one is answering the telephone, are they still solvent or what

Digitech are infamous for their lack of customer support including answering emails and phones. They are not scammers but it is hard to actually speak to anyone.

So how do you order from them

Well you can order and you will get them but if you were going to try and negotiate on their prices then i guess you can't.
