Hi, Please help me get my refund from Winnie, basically I ordered 2 units of DS Lite Console from him, then decided I wanted to withdraw the order, as I've changed my mind on ordering these, so I asked him for a refund. I have now waited 2 weeks for the refund, still he hasn't paid me, I'm sick of sending him emails reminding him to make the refund, he actually guaranteed that's he going to make the refund on Friday 29th, but he still hasn't.
I feel as if i give him too much time for the refund, please can some help me get my refund from him, i need my money ASAP.

I've made contact with Martyn for you Shibz. Hopefully he will update this thread or contact me as a matter of urgency regarding this situation.

I must admit you aren't the only member who seems to have some ongoing issues with this advertiser, several have come forward in the past few weeks. Several have or are in the process of being resolved, yet seemingly, some are still outstanding.

We have placed a limit on the advertisers account until we are satisfied existing issues have been resolved.

Keep this e-mail safe, it is important... you can then forward the header / body e.t.c... of the e-mail as proof that this seller does have your funds.

I placed an order for Guitar Hero III with him on 21/08/08, I told him i need the item for 28/08/08 as its my sons birthday still waiting for it to arrive, today he has told me that it may be held up at customs.

Hmm, The problem is he told me on MSN. But I do have other emails about this transaction.

The problem is that he is located in Guernsey, so consequently the shipping of items are not as reliable as in the UK, and they are subject to be stopped by customs!

Keep the e-mails, you can also use the previous msn chatlog to find the section on where he mentioned this, then store it all in a file & use this as your proof of the transaction. hope this helps?

PS: May also be worth asking your bank for a statement so that you can also proove where your bank transfer went as this would pinpoint to his account
