Hi Maria,
My name is Aaron, and am a import/export company owner in Singapore.

The company and person you are asking about is highly likely a scam.
Why?

1.) Companies registered in Singapore never have "Inc." in their registered name, it does not exist.
2.) The address, it is not legit. There are no 'North Side" in addresses in Choa Chu Kang.
3.) I suspect this guy is a Nigerian scammer, and have come across alot of them in Singapore.

This is what I can advise based on my knowledge and experience.
Though this does not mean that all traders in Singapore are scammers! I for one am a honest and legitimate businessman from Singapore, and have traded globally for many years now.
