about 2 weeks ago i bought 15 100 piece WSOP poker sets as she described them, when they arrive there actually 100 refill chips not sets at all, so i talk to her on msn

right sorted(thats just a snipet but its all arranged..), i send it back via 48 DHL

tracked it got there last monday

various messages are being ignored(also she hasn't been on msn, im assuming she blocked me, a bit worrying :P)

im annoyed because i needed that £55 for a deal on thursday which i had to cancel which as you can guess is pretty annoying

anyway thanks for reading and please help me out

Try a Paypal dispute first if that fails issue a credit card chargeback.

thanks but thats a 28 day wait, can you do a chargeback on a paypal payment?

I've heard they don't like chargebacks and may close your account. So if you don't need a Payal account, go ahead.
