I have ordered bags and other accessories last month and transfer the money €7800 directly. they promise to send me the goods in 3 days but they didn't. called them every day, and have always differents execuses. After 3 weeks I got the goods but those are not what I have ordered and paid. they said they don't know where my goods are. which for me really strange. I asked them to send me the money back but till now no action at all. Do you have any experience with this company

I have ordered Gucci, Prada, Chloe and Balanciaga but they delivered us Rocco Barocco and Mario Valentino. And I took a lawyer now for the legal process but this Luxury Company (Gabrielle) is not react at all. We want to have the right items or the money back but nothing happens. No solution from this Company.
