I bought an unlocked Iphone from her beginning of October, expecting delivery within 2-5 days. After huge delays, poor communication and fake tracking numbers, it seems she is now not replying to any emails, as of almost 2 weeks ago.
I was promised a refund on Friday 14th, but had nothing. I have tried to be overly patient and have tried to shy away from posting here in order to sustain her rep, however by this point i definantly think its taking the piss. She has also not been active posting on the forums since the 5th, which is quite worrying. I understand there may be other issues around her but i think good communication is all it takes.
Advice on the best way to proceed would be appreciated as im on holiday in less than 2 weeks and cannot afford to be £400 the poorer.
