Hi

Has anyone tried to make contact with those listed as wholesalers of itmes such as China Thimbles? I sent an email to most of them asking for trade price lists/minimum order value etc as I was thinking of setting up a site trading in them, so far only 1 has replied.

Is this usual? are they all too flush to worry about new trade?

Any advise would be welcomed

My own experience is that wholesalers are terrible at responding to emails. My advice is to telephone them instead - it almost always gets better results.
