Hi guys, yes, I've had dealings with that company, I recommend avoiding at all costs. That post on the guest book's mine, they keep clearing it off so I keep putting it back on there, just glad someone saw it!

I would appreciate it if you would e-mail them questionning it, as maybe if they realise that I am losing them some potential sales they will consider refunding me my money of around 9 months ago. Also, it would be interesting to see what, if anything they have to say on the matter!

The fact that there are no other comments in the guest book indicates you may not be the only one.

Yeah, I'm happy with that, though I would appreciate some help. Could someone e-mail them, pretending to not have spoken to me/read any of this thread, asking about the comment on their guest book? Maybe it will get a reply if they believe you're a potential customer, and perhaps we can go from there?

In the meantime, I have called the miami police & filed a complaint with them... though it generally takes me an entire evening to actually get through to someone who has any idea what the hell I'm talking about... either the English acccent is more different from American than I thought, or there's some proper retarded people working there!
