Ok, I've come across some new information regarding P&H Co LTD. They ARE NOT Palmer&Harvey. Palmer and Harvey are wholsalers of food products, not consumer electronics. If they just happen to have the same name, then so be it, but they claim to offer COD, which I will do just to verify that they're real.

This is the "Certificate of Registration" that they sent me.



and this is a real AQSR certification certificate that came up in a google search:

You can see the similarities and the differences. I plan on calling AQSR tomorrow (if they're open) and asking them if they can verify the number I've been given on the forged document.

you can clearly see that this is a POORLY done falsification. The text isn't even centered. Some simple google searching shows that AQSR certification (http://www.aqsr.com/), or Automotive Quality Systems Registrar, has nothing to do with the electronics field. I believe that these people simply hijacked a legitimate company and are attempting to scam people. I will speak more about this with their "representative" tomorrow and keep you all updated.
