The best way to verify your Chinese supplier is to ask them directly for References..

Too many people asking us to check out a Chinese company or factory every week. You're suggested to book a Factory Audits or QC Inspection service from us if your order is very large in China. However, if your order is not very large enough, you can simply checking them out by contacting their Foreign references at your end.

For instance, we have worked for countless UK companies so far, if you want to know our service quality in China, you can simply and directly ask us for our UK customer information, then contact our UK references by call or email for details. You can ask for at least 2 or 3 references from your country, by this way, you can check out your biz partner completely before payment.

I think, as a reliable exporter or factory, they would be happy to offer you any reference if they are really reliable and well experienced. Please simply forget them and turn to better suppliers if they refuse to offer any reference. ( it's exceptional if their business is confidential or something like that. )
