HAve a look at pallet clearances, you can get pallets of house/kitchen ware here:

http://www.gemwholesale.co.uk/acatalog/ahouse.html

try and steer towards clearance items, then you have a small chance of the items being damaged.

Sounded totally unprofessional, i wouldnt give them a penny of my money, also took ages to answer the phone..
