Just tried the site says no longer exists? Have the guys ceased trading?

Is anyone still trading with these guys?

Yes, their website has been closed and they no longer respond to my emails.

I was dealing with them for a few weeks and had numerous issues:

1) I could never get a proper answer from them with regards to shipping costs.

2) They also took ages to respond! I called the landline number they advertised but the guy was never there. When I called Jay on his mobile he had lots of info but If I probed further into the details he got quite irritated and said that if I wasn't happy then find another supplier basically. Not good customer service at all...

When I asked about their background I was told they started this business as a side project apart from their regular 9-5 jobs (apparently they are all dentists and pharmacists) so I wonder why they feel the need to make extra money??? I felt that was quite suspicious as well...

They did seem legit but completely unorganised. And now that their online shop has been closed/cancelled it does raise suspicions...

Thoughts?

To add to this, I never actually received a laptop...but then again I never ordered one because my ebay sales fell through due to them not being able to provide me with the company registration number and documents etc that Paypal requested.

I've took all my listings down - I ordered one netbook and as far as I am aware it arrived with my customer OK. He hasn't contacted me and this is going back to last month.

Bit strange how they have just closed all of a sudden, Jay seemed a nice genuine guy to me.

I have sent a few mails and nothing back, no out of office either. Hope everything is ok as was looking fotward to trading with them.

Have either used pcdropship? As they also gone quiet - no response to mails or activity on here.
