Hong Max Technology??? Alibaba

Hey all, I am looking for a new supplier of refurbished branded phones as the company I have bought of for a while has stopped trading, I have found this company on Alibaba but can anyone confirm them for me as I have had bad experiences with alibaba in the past and have since only used globalsources as I trust them and know how there systems work, It says that they are 3 year gold suppliers but Iam wondering how secure that really is, Any thoughts or input welcome
