This is driving me absolutely NUTS!!!
I consider myself a pretty good researcher, but I am just about to give up here..
There seems to be a wholesale drop shipper out there which has 5 digit product codes for all their items. For example
12312 - Nostalgic Dad Pocket Watch
39040 - Victorian Wood Cabinet
12245 - Golden Tiger Quilt
I am trying to find this drop shipper however I have come accross DOZENS of websites that try to say that they are the drop shippers/wholesalers of these items, but i Believe they are just midddlemen.
The sites that I came across that seem to have the best pricing are:
http://www.wholesale-sales.com/
http://www.independentsalescorporation.com
http://www.hgswarehouse.com
I STILL cant tell whether they are the actual drop shipping sources or is there one main drop shipper that has all these 5 digit items in stock.
I really want to thank anyone here for their help im stumped!!

Ah, yes. Capt'n Ed. He and his wife Donna are old buddies of mine.
They are all selling SMC products. SMC is the importer / actual dropshipper. I bought over $90,000 from them.
You do not say where you are, but they ONLY ship to US and Canada.
Some absolutely wonderful examples of why I say DO NOT USE THE SUPPLIERS CODE OR DESCRIPTIONS, it makes comparison shopping way too easy.

Hey Pete, thanks for the response. good to see you still here I remember reading your posts from the last time I was here as well (a while ago)
I am from the US, and plan to do USA deals only.
Are you referring to http://www.startwithsmc.com/Welcome.aspx
I quickly went over some google searches on it, and it seems like a lot of people are unhappy with their services.
I just wanted to say thanks for your reply its a huge break for me now that I know this is the real source.

Re: This is driving me absolutely NUTS!!!
For about a year and a half SMC had a member only forum, where I was the mod. The VP of sales came to me and asked me to mod it for them. There were 13,000 forum members, and I am sure thousands more customers who were not on the forum.
It is like every other business opportunity, but they do seem to hype it a bit too much. I have never seen one, but I am not a TV person. I'm told they are all over the TV at certain hours. And they promise everyone a pot of gold and make it seem like you pay them to join and the money flows in.
Doesn't work that way, so people bitch. The fact is they have good stuff cheap. You can "triple up" onit with no problem. But, it is all over ebay and in every flea market in North America. I was selling it from a kiosk in a large mall and was grossing over 70%.
I was dropshipping stuff all over the country. One year I sold 30 some birdhouses to the Smithsonian Institution to use on the national Christmas tree. I sold eagles of all sorts to the military for awards and retirement gifts. I sold birdhouses to lawn and garden shops. There is plenty of business out there, but as you googling shows, there are plenty trying to sell it.
There are many sad stories in ripoffreports, etc. You can't deal with probably 50,000 people since they started dropshipping over 50 years ago. Some aren;t going to make it and need someone to blame.
Once they sent me a double order of maybe $1500 worth of stuff as I was building inventory for Christmas. $1500 is a lot of stuff from them. They ahd billed my card twice, but credited it back for the second order, told me to keep it anyhow and send back what I wanted after Christmas. I sent back maybe $200 or so and paid the difference.
I have been on vacations that I won from them. I have had many orders with free freight. (25% or so of the cost). They never questioned me on a broken item. If a dropship customer would tell me they received something broken, I tell them to keep it, throw it away or give it to their church or scouts, etc. because SMC would send another as soon as I made the phone call.
They gave me back my $300 fee, and I never paid an annual fee. I got free stuff, had my own sales rep and more.
BUT - I sold goods. I moved merchandise. It's there if you want it.
I think much less of BNF. I don't like their product selection. I'm not a pots and pans salesman.
But they may be just as good, I never tried.

That is truly a wealth of information Pete ,thanks for sharing.
If there is some sort of a referral system, feel free to message me as you have definitely put me on the right track with my online project. I'm not trying to make any profit off the sales of the SMC items, but im just trying to add purchasable (filler) to my site to have a larger selection.
