No worries Mark- people get angry and react differently when things like this happen- i hope for your sake this post is deleted so you can resume with business and have no worries about people seeing this post. However- if they do see it, i think that people will be more than inclined to do business woth you, as personally, i think you handled it grately. I hope it hasnt affected you too much. I know how worrying it can be, and again, good luck with everything x

All codes have been sent to Lukasz, and I have asked that he fulfil his end of our agreemewnt and edit/remove his original post, to reflect what happened with the deal and the resolution.

At the end of the day it wasnt marks fault, he has tried & succeeded to rectify the situation therfore he is entitled to another throw of the dice in my opinion. As for your comment "should still be getting business", FFS give the guy a break

Mark like many other sellers on this forum will be dealing with 100's if not 1000's of transactions on a weekly basis. One issue here and there are inevitable, that are resolved to the buyers satisfaction

A digital delivery database
A PHP coded website
The best and most secure way to deal online with XBLive and Warcraft
SSL and ecommerce solutions
Advice on freelancers and off-the-shelf products
VAT advice, and information on how to pay as little as possible

After you had to wait 3-4 days for me to get back to you (about web design and how you could do it cheaply) you complained. Did I write you off? No, I actually continued to advise you on web design & pay monthly software for digital delivery.

I work up to 18 hours a day, as does Katie, and I still found time to assist you, and all of our clients. It's what we do. If things go nips up - again, we're there sorting it out, not ignoring the problems. I can provide details of many, many people who would testify to my integrity. This was an isolated problem.

You have not spent a penny with us, and yet I continued to offer my advice (for 10 days) and would still do so, because I believe in helping people out, that maybe one day it's returned, or we get some sort of relationship from it. I am not getting out of my pram on this one, I just want you to have a little paradigm shift if possible.

It has took far too long to sort this out in all honesty.

In fairness to Mark I hope the OP posts back to when he has got the codes to confirm it has been sorted.
