After Reading all the posts can see both sides.
But respect to Mark for they way he has resolved the situation.
I have had suppliers let me down and tell me all sorts of lies and this is fustrating when you cannot tell your customer what he wants to hear.
Mark has always promised to sort this out which he has now done.
I would not hesitate to deal with Mark in the future.

Mark is not a bad supplier at all and far from it. This thread is a prime example of what happens in the business world to many businesses every single day. There can be always delays with customers orders all the time, some can be days, some weeks some delays can be months. Everybody in business must have had this problem at least once in their ventures. But it's all about the way it is handled that counts.

This thread put Mark in the spotlight because it was openly visible to everyone, this must have put the man under immense pressure and do you know what he delivered in the end. yes there was problems, yes there was delays... but isn't that what every business suffers every now and then? You all run a businesses you all know the story it can happen to everyone and probably has but Mark delivered. What more needs to be said?
