shoorty you cant go wrong with this amount of people vouching for him. Mark has let you down, you have a reason to be upset, BUT this is far from a "SCAM". Do you think a reputable seller such as himself would put his name on the line for just one order? I would think twice before reporting him to the police, reporting an independant legitimate buisness man is wrong.. I urge you to allow your case to be discussed by mark.

Spanky:

What should I do then? Just sit and wait refund 1 month, 1 year? Are you serious?

What is your last contact with mark? I think you should really get to the bottom of the delay, obviously he's excuses are coming form somewhere, he will try hard to restore his reputation.

I highly doubt you will be waiting that long.
It looks as though Mark is having issues with his supplier, bare in mind that if you paid him, most of that money will have gone to the supplier.
Mark has built himself a fantastic reputation here and that takes time and effort. He would not throw it away lightly, so please, give him time to answer this thread and go from there.

from the outtside it looks like the deal was brokered, he pais for the goods and then never received them.

I remember this happening bfore to Mark and he paid everyone back everything he owed them. You have to give him a little time, sometimes in business things go wrong, its how you resolve them after that counts.

Venting his frustration in the bad supplier section of the forum is understandable.

Allbeit Mark is a genuine guy and im sure it will be resolved.
However posting a private conversation no matter how frustrated you are is wrong.

Last cotact? Every contat is like "they were supposed to be here this week" or "it will be early next week i think" and this happen for 6 weeks. I'm tired of this. I just want my money back cause this delay is ruining my business.

shoorty,

Looking at the private conversation you shouldn't have posted, I think he has communicated with you very well, keeping you up to date with what has been happening.

Another point I'd like to make is why are you relying on a single supplier? Not good business sense to me.

Hi

Lukasz informed me that if delivery did not happen yesterday, he would post this on the forums, and also report me to the police. Obviously I'd like to avoid this. Every step of the way, I have kept him in the loop, and passed on the information I had. There have been delays - I have to admit, they were excrutiating - which have unfortunately been out of my control. I have a complex and expensive system set up, for fulfilment of goods, and it has taken some time to get sorted.

My previous agent let me down completely, and owes me around £13k. Instead of waiting to recover the funds (which is still ongoing with a debt collection company and close to a misrepresentation court case) I raised these funds, and began setting up a new system & accounts with the major distributors for Microsoft & MMORPG products. This process has taken time. I can assure everyone that it has been completely out of my control. Centresoft have taken the longest time, and I actually lost customers to Chinese & European sellers because it took so long. Now the accounts are set up, they are STILL delaying orders being sent out for quantities of over 200. This has taken a week to resolve, and we are moving up the queue of their priority client list. Gem Distribution have been somewhat expedient but even these guys have delayed us, and delays have inevitably been passed on to the client.

As I say, each step of the way, I have informed clients what's been happening. Regrettably I have looked completely ridiculous sometimes because I have been misinformed about delivery times, and quantities available.

Lukasz's order IS being delivered. I have only been able to take ONE order for World of Warcraft, which has been delivered last week, the rest of my clients who wished to order, I have had to put off until now at a pretty big cost. Lukasz, and another client who was waiting, their order is on its way to me. I am unable to provide an actual date of delivery until I get one from the account manager.

There really is nothing else I can do but wait for these delays to pass, and for business to continue unhindered (as Xbox live is doing now). I will ride out this thread, and have no problem doing this publicly. Should anyone else have any questions, I'm willing to answer.

I am very sorry for the problems I've caused Lukasz, and hope that they have not caused you too much financial hardship. The delivery will be made (it is already ordered at Centresoft, and can be proven). I have not stolen the money. We can, as I offered, discuss other options.

Thank you everyone so much for your support in this thread. I would have been on sooner but I was caught in the school run this morning.
