Re: markbyrne
As a B2B transaction, I can't see what it has to do with consumer direct?

Re: markbyrne
RWA,
Why not? As you see Mark has a great reputation in here, right?
Speaking truth, of course I have other suppliers, but I don't have much money. I have spent almost all to buy codes from Mark.

Re: markbyrne
Dean,
They will probably pass this on to the relevant agencies, and advise my client of his next steps, if any. I do not know what Lukasz has said to them, so I cannot comment on how they will process the complaint.

Re: markbyrne
Lukasz,
We will be attempting to call you again today to get things moving forward postiviely. I will gather as much evidence of your products being processed, so you can see where we are at.
Edit:
Just wanted to clarify, in an email I sent (which the client has posted in the OT) I stated we were having problems scanning WoW codes. There is an expensive card scanner set up, to scan in singles, and with a few test batches, we experienced a slow throughput due to glue being on the cards themselves. The fulfilment guys tried a few different methods over the course of a week to remove the glue in one go so the cards would scan faster. I just wanted to point out that I wasn't just palming anyone off.

Yes, even so, it is wise to look to more than one supplier in case one has difficulties in supplying you.

Re: markbyrne
Just to add to what others have said really, Mark is a really genuine guy and a well respected advertiser, I do not believe for a second he will not sort this out. The important thing is that you work together and solve the problem. Establish a plan and set deadlines.

Re: markbyrne
I am not receiving any response from Lukasz at present.
I am currently debating what to do, as he claims he has reported me to the police, so I am happy to pursue the court case. I do not want this to end with my reputation being uncleared either, as I am doing my level best to fulfil my responsibility. However, I would prefer it be settled out of court, and without the need for any 3rd party involvement.
At the moment, I am being called a criminal, and my reputation is in the balance. A search on Google for my company name will no doubt soon throw up this thread, with scam attached to it. I am, to say the least, unhappy about this. Once I bring this to a close (and be assured I will) I will require a complete recinding of this post either by editing or removal, by Lukasz.
Right now, I would like to deliver as agreed, and subsequently for all slander to be removed regarding myself and my company. I am not saying this without recourse. The first post on this thread is slanderous. I can prove every statement I have sent, and continue to resolve the matter by delivering product. I need to do this with your co-operation Lukasz. Please contact me either by post here or any other method.
Again, my thanks for everyone's support.
