Re: markbyrne
I have asked Lukasz to get in touch to discuss which way he would like to go to bring this to an end. Either wait until the order is delivered, as the money is now tied up in his stock - or pursue a court case against me - which of course will end with me admitting the delays, and delivering the stock, but also, I will seek to recover damages & loss of income due to this thread and comments made against me.
I have spoken to my solicitors in this matter, and made them aware of all the information I have. They are preparing my case, should Lukasz pursue a legal case. It does not seem Lukasz has made a formal statement or complaint against me, as my solicitors have made enquiries, and they have turned up nothing.

Re: markbyrne
The sad thing is this could have been avoided if he'd have continued to communicate via email, instead of not thinking his actions through completely.
Sure you get frustrated, but you never ever post anywhere when you are emotional for whatever reason, always step back for a few hours and let everything calm down.
He was already advised by me in the beginning to go away and cool down and think things through, alas it seems some cannot take such simple to follow advice.

Re: markbyrne
In most circumstances, I can calm a client down, when money or product is owed. 6 weeks, when something has gone very wrong with supply, is not a long time. He is 100% assured of receiving stock, or refund, which is why I am confused as to why I have had my name dragged through the mud. I have had my suppliers let me down twice, once because I was scammed (by a legitimate guy!) and this time my supplier let me down in ways I cannot discuss due to legal reasons. Both times I have raised the funds at my own cost to ensure delivery. I am not a scammer.
I now have a complex and totally secure system in place, dealing with a very large offshore company, who operate in 37 different countries, being run by a highly respectable and honourable people. It has taken me a while to get this far, and at a cost, but it is totally worth it. I know that every order will be fulfilled, on time, and if there are delays - they are compensated and remedied fast.
I just hope that new clients do not continue to look at this thread and decide to go with somebody else. I can categorically state that this has harmed my business, as my current & new clients have needed reassuring, and I have had to defend myself to new clients since this thread began. Without the support of my fellow TWF members, and my preceeding reputation, I think this would have been curtains closed. As it is, MB Enterprises is still going strong. I still have the trust of my clients, and hopefully all this will go away soon, when I resolve these issues.
Further update : No contact from Lukasz as of 10:23am GMT.

Actually Mark, I think anyone who reads this thread will only support you even more. Your responses and customer service in my opinion has been second to none and any potential customers will recognise this.

Re: markbyrne
Many thanks for that. I champion TWF because of the members, and how Anthony runs it. If anyone ever needed to know how a proper internet community works, this is it.

Re: markbyrne
I've never dealt with you once Mark, but I wouldn't hesitate in doing so. Your polite, calm, and professional replies are exactly what makes a good seller.
Things like this happen sometimes, it's unavoidable. Keep doing what you're doing though, you're doing great

It seems the stock wasn't broken, but during orders, his supplier either went bust or had major problems. That can happen to anyone.
Lucas will get everything he paid for and probably a little more.
