I think you need to lay of the poor guy.
I don't doubt Mark will sort the situation out in the end however shoorty is out of pocket by a substantial amount of money and neither you or anyone else knows his personal situation.
He may have children, a mortgage to pay etc etc etc so i find it perfectly acceptable for a thread to be started as after all that is what this forum is for.
The transaction hasn't gone smooth but it will get sorted Shoorty.
How on earth can you ask him to apologize when he is nearly 5 grand out of pocket and probably going out of his mind with worry wondering if and how he will get it back after nearly 2 months?
Email and communication is fine but its the colour of money that talks.
I'm not knocking you Mark at all as Ive seen you are a genuine guy , i just think people here need to be more sympathetic to shoortys situation.

Says it perfectly.
Mark's done well to communicate and defend his position, however, being that much out of pocket would be stressful for any of us.
I hope this is sorted soon, for both parties sake.

Re: markbyrne
This is my last statement in this thread, to me it boils down to shoorty posting private correspondence which is a big no no without the other parties permission.
Threatening to smear someone's reputation, when Mark has been completely honest in his communication, to me another big no no.
I don't care what figures are involved, there are right and wrong ways to go about things. I still feel and will continue to feel that this was handled wrongly.

Re: markbyrne
In all honesty, two weeks, one month, two months is far too much time for A) No Refund and B) No order, so he is well within his rights to post here.

When your £5000 out of pocket and 2 months had gone by with emails here and there quoting supplier problems , scanner problems etc week after week then maybe you will be able to relate to shoortys reaction to the situation.
I'm sure i speak for nearly every member here when i state that most people in his position wouldn't give a damn about the wrongs and rights of posting email correspondence.
OK personally i would have made all communication via letter stating i would start court proceedings within 14 days if no resolution was found then made a claim via small claims court on line.
To me a big no no is no money and no products after 2 months.
It appears we both have very different opinions on the situation but to be honest RWA what exactly do you recommend?
That he apologizes and continues to wait even longer?!
RWA i really think you need to take step back sometimes in your approach as you often come across very aggressive in your posts to say the least. Shoorty is a new member asking for help in a situation that is obviously causing him distress and your posts was neither constructive nor helpful. Its posts like yours that give a very negative feel to the forum especially for potential and new members which is not good especially from a long term member like yourself.

Re: markbyrne
I just want to point out that I will be resolving the situation before I seek removal of posts etc. I haven't asked for an apology, until the situation is remedied. Whilst I agree that the forum is a place to publicly make a situation visible, there are certain ways to do this, and not post slanderous comments. All this has done is inflame the situation, and I genuinely couldn't give a damn who disagrees with me on this - if you damage my business because problems arise, even though you are still guaranteed your stock - then you are going to have a problem on your hands, because I have got a house and 3 children to support.
I have a few days away to sort a personal situation. I'm back today and will be discussing a delivery date by phone with Lukasz.

I totally agree. I cannot apologise enough for what's happened. I not only promised to fulfil 100% of the stock, but he was also getting subsequent orders with my new agent at next to cost. The stock IS ordered with Centresoft. The goods will be fulfilled
