I have used them a few times. In the beginning they were very good, however this has changed a lot. Three orders ago I received almost 400 faulty, very slow Micro SD cards, took about 5 minutes to copy 1MB to them, 2GB, 4GB & 8GB all the same fault, tried on a couple of computers and with several cardreaders/writers, no difference, so it was bad products. They refused to arrange collection and although I have been dealing with them for years they wouldn't replace until I returned... Fair enough you could say, but they could also have arranged fast transport back as this was far from the first time they had messed up big time.
Anyway, the next order I received 200+ copies of DSTT, they at first claimed they were not copies, however they finally claimed a mistake and said sorry and refunded 2 cents per card !! What a joke.
Then my last and final order with them it took 14+ days for them to ship even though after one day they gave me a tracking number, on the DHL site it just said package information received, not package received... I sent them many mails and many MSN messages, but was completey ignored by Kelly Sun, the owner and almost completely ignored by her side kick.
Strongly advice to stay well clear.
