It is honestly one of the hardest industries to get involved in, The Main manufactures HATE online sellers with a passion and do everything they can to stop it, Here in the US the only way is you have to have a shop , Im sure its the same in the UK, They do this obviously to protect the shops that sell the big ticket bikes,

thanx for the link, yeah weedog it is the same here in the uk i used to have a supplier they were more of a middleman, however since they have been out of business i have had to trawl many wholesalers and liquidaters to find stock. but need a constant one for my customers. so even if someone knows of a supplier who maybe carries a sideline of bikes and /or equipment it would be handy. but thanks everyone so far

cheers weedog actually i have not come across these before and yes it is a help some of the items leaves me a small markup so will be usefull, its not about making 100% profit. so again thanks.

Wouldn't hurt to ask them if they sell wholesale , You never know, Have you looked at importing from the US, I know VAT etc makes things expensive but you do see some crazy prices on ebay or some of the main cycling sites, Especially if your looking for Gruppos etc

Yes i have looked into it but the main ones all want pictures of your storefronts etc, i am mainly mobile based as i repair and local markets this way my overheads are kept to a minimum, and i want to go into online sales, and most suppliers dont like this unless you have premises as well. but finding the us wholesalers/distributers is also hard. a simple google search on most works well but for the cycle industry it is much harder, as always you get the sites claiming to be wholesalers/dists but only 2 or 3 are and they wont supply.
