I don't think it's a good idea to trade with a company who answers emails from a BlackBerry on Cingular Wireless. That is a flat out saying that they are very mobile and when you send the money, they will be very mobile too - I would be afraid.

I checked the DUNS number and it comes up the same company. To make sure you are dealing with the same company as they are representing and make sure it's not IDENTITY THEFT I sometimes take my business card (or a piece of paper) and write a random number (21389) and mail or overnight it to the company address and on the date it shows it delivered ask them to read the number back, this shows weither the address is where they actually are.

I live in Miami and i know that company. Is one of the bigger cellular wholesaler in USA. those guys sell thousand of phone a month but the minimun order is 100 units.
