Ok, this guy is a novice like most of us were at the first try of importing.

when he originally told me he bought 20 units of the n97 for just 1k, i straight away said hes been scammed.

Now all of a sudden the "seller2 has stated that he has sent the items, has sent him the webiste of the supposed delivery service and trackign code.

now from what i can tell, the webiste isa a dogoy flash template thats been adjusted to sound professionla and real and the site and domain was only done near 2 months ago which is near the time where this deal had been done.

also noticed the contact number for this delivery service is a mboile phone.

http://www.couriersolution-limited.c...ckpackage.html
http://www.who.is/whois/couriersolution-limited.com/

now , after speaking more, this guy then states that the seller then contacts him stating that hes added some extras and the guy needs to pay him a further 1500usd.

which for me is like, you dont do that, otherwise hes tellignyou what you are to buy, and if hes adding extras which wasnt on the deal then those extras should be free.

just been sent the email that he was sent

"Hello Mr Jamie,

We have made the shipment of the order today and below is your #tracking information

Website: www.couriersolutions-limited.com

Tracking Numbers :***********
www.couriersolution-limited.com

There was excess units shipped instead of 20units of mobile phones, 50units of mobile phones was cleared and booked to your location, seeing the situation that you have paid customs for this items and insurance we could not revoke or cancel the shipment of this units, also i had to talk with my CEO personally for over an hour so we have reached the agreement of giving you discounts, so instead of paying for the full excess units booked, we would accept the payment of $1500usd.for extra 30pcs and
Please try to complete the payment of $1500usd today, this items are already on transit and we would not want any delays in shipment and delivery due to delay in payment, we await your prompt response also we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you please due remit the payment to James Terry my CEO.

Greetings,
mgt."

Matthew, whether or not the courier service is real I don't think matters as there is no way anyone could get the phones for that cheap. Maybe they're replicas

How did he pay?
