that Ian at Hardware Heroes is a bloody star!

I've been having all kinds of problems with bank transfers and customer returns (and often my own stupid **** ups!) over the last week and Ian has absolutely bent over backwards to help me out. In fact, Ian regularly goes well beyond the call of duty to keep my store running and keep the orders fulfilled - so much so that my level of orders is steadily increasing partly due to word spreading of the speedy and reliable shipping and quick answers to questions - which is mostly down to Hardware Heroes.

Don't want to go too wild but thought it was definitely worth a mention on the forum. HH gets my vote for No1 dropshipper.

Thanks Tracey, the thing is we can all see you guys working your buts off, and 90% of the threads are negative about it all.

I know their is a few people not doing so well at the moment, but It's really getting to me the tarring with the same brush thing.

Ian is a fantastic axample, he is a great friend, though a little on the short side.lol..


I can tangibly see the effort and money he puts in every day to his company.

And I know you guys all do as well.

My worrie is TWF hits google so fast that all the bad threads will be seen exclusivly.

Thats why trying to keep it positive!!! Yeeeeeee

Lets get back on track and deal with the good, as I say there is a shed load of cash for us all to make in the comming months.

As you know, I do my best - hopefully, its always good enough.

the public are a demanding lot and its never easy building a business in good times, let alone a recession. Good customer service is something we can all use to our advantage though!
