Alright, this is my experience with Inetresale. I bought xbox 360 premium bundle that comes with 7 games each. Needless to say that after about 2 months of trying to get my order straightened out. I'm fed up.

So, I ordered (invoice #1079) and i received a package that was barely intact containing 5 xbox 360 games. Although, the xbox down at the very bottom had visible damage, whatever, they all worked. It also came with a note saying that games would be sent by overnight fedex the following week.

That following week the games never came. I contacted Pam, she said she would send out the games. OK sounds good. I receive the games, and they are original xbox games. Not what I ordered. Not the titles I ordered.

I contact Pam, she tells me she no longer deals with that supplier from GA and blames her supplier for the screwed up order. But the fact is that atleast her ATL supplier atleast sent our half of the right order. The xbox games personally came from Pam herself (Richmond, VA). I don't know about you, but that looks like she knowingly send me merchandise i didn't ask for. Now someone tell me what the definition of fraud is.

Anyways I asked for a refund she tells me that refund orders are pending that it is going to take a long time. It's been about 2+ months now, and all I wanted was what I paid for. All I want is my money back quickly. I even told her I'd overnight fedex all this stuff back to her as long as i got a quick refund. and no answer. So now I'm sitting around wondering if I should wait for this pending refund period that supposedly takes a "long time" and get a refund or just try to sell this crap online and hope to break even. that's my wonderful experience with inetresale. i hope you all have a great one too.

Pam, if you're reading this, please respond to my emails on order # 1079 and give me a quick refund. If you want, I'll even drive this crap down to your place myself.

alright so this is the reply I got right now from Pam.

"The ad said 7 games, NOT 7 xbox 360 games. You got 7 games."

Ummm.. hello?!? you actually listed all the games in your ad. And the games you listed were accurate with the picture that was there. I don't know what kind of shady business you're running.

Has anyone in the forum seen the ad? I distinctly remember the ad listing 7 xbox 360 games, and I ordered just because the titles were awesome. I just want someone to acknowledge that I'm not crazy.

I distinctly remember Call of Duty 2, Fifa, Gotham racing project, and Kameo on that list. I even remember how you mispelled Gotham Racing Project and put down Gothram Racing Project. Just please give me a god damn refund.

The games that were listed under the "Xbox 360 + 7 Games" listing were as follows:

Need for Speed
2006 FIFA World Cup
Kameo: Elements of Power
Perfect Zero
Ridge Racer 6
Call Of Duty 2
Quake 4

This item has been removed from her site.

I had the same experience: received Xbox systems quickly (poorly packaged but undamaged) with a note saying the games would be shipped shortly. After a few weeks I received original Xbox games -and old/poor titles at that. Pam's told me to return them and I still have hopes of sorting everything out.

BUYERS please remember that sellers and brokers are providing a service and should not obsequiously cater to your every demand just to keep your business.
SELLERS please treat your buyers professionally and don't belittle their requests or concerns, or try to shift blame to your supplier. Take responsiblity when something goes wrong.

Keep your heads cool guys and deal with the situation at hand. This is business - don't make it personal. Show some maturity.

ihtfp004 and spotlight,
I am in the same boat with you 2. I posted ealier on this forum asking other customers to verify the Xbox 360 games promised but the thread was locked. Inet advertised Xbox 360 Premiums with 7 games and the photo showed these games with Xbox 360 game boxes:

Need for Speed
2006 FIFA World Cup
Kameo: Elements of Power
Perfect Zero
Ridge Racer 6
Call Of Duty 2
Quake 4

And she also listed in text that those were the games. She has removed the page and is now claiming that the games were never promised to be Xbox 360 games. In the most recent phone call I received (nearly 2 weeks ago) she tells me the reason why she did not respond for 19 days was because she felt I did not deserve a response.

Here are the latest emails from Pam and I:

ME 6-23-06
Hello Inet,
I have received the package sent out (Tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxx). Unfortunately the games that arrived are not the ones that were advertised on you website and you sent only 35 games instead of the 70 I had paid for. I am going to assume this was an honest mistake. The games that were supposed to have come with my XBox 360 Premiums are:

Call of Duty
Quake 4
Ridge Racer
Need For Speed
Perfect Zero
Kameo
Fifa 2006

Instead I received:
ESPN Baseball 2004
Catwoman
BMX XXX
Armed and Dangerous
NHL 2005
Blood Omen 2
Whiplash

Please contact me back ASAP to rectify this problem. My cell phone is xxx-xxx-xxxx. I await your reply. Thank you.

Hello again,
I forgot to mention this in my previous email, but the games you showed in your advertisement were Xbox 360 games too, I received regular Xbox games. Please get back to me soon.

PAM 6-23-06
The games were the ones packaged by ATL wholesale. Xbox 360 with 7 games was the advertisement.

ME 6-24-06
Hello Pam,
The games advertised on your website were Xbox 360 games and you had listed what games they were too. I also had ordered 10 units so I should have 70 games anyway. Please do not tell me what someone else had advertised because this is what was on your website and I am not the only one. I have contacted others who have ordered from you and they said they had ordered the same thing and also received 35 wrong games. They also said that you are fixing the problem for them and sending the 360 games.

Here is what I want because I really do not want to deal with this problem any longer and I doubt you do either.

1-The 70 Xbox 360 games as advertised:

Call of Duty
Quake 4
Ridge Racer
Need For Speed
Perfect Zero
Kameo
Fifa 2006

2- A full refund if you fail to deliver the above in a timely fashion.

PAM 6-24-06
You received your items so there will not be a refund.

Inet,
I do not believe you are reading my emails clearly. I said that I ordered games that were shown in the ad photo to be Xbox 360 games. On top of that, You listed the name of the games. I also ordered 10 Xbox 360 Premiums with 7 games so I should have 70 games, not 35. Either ways I am missing at least 35 games and none of them are the titles listed in the ad.

I also said either send the games that were advertised or give me a refund because I still have an incomplete order.

PAM 6-28-06
Inet,
As usual I am waiting for you to respond and receiving nothing. Once again I have called, emailed, and left messages and still no response. I am incredibly sick and tired of this. You had an af that offered games that you failed to send me, you sent me some old Xbox 1 games. You also sent only 35 games instead of the 70 I had paid for. I will need a respond no later than today. I am incredibly upset and thought we had worked this out.

PAM 6-28-06
Everything was shipped.

That's really all I have to say and prove. I'm sick and tired of this. I just want this to be over with already. I have more than enough to deal with in other parts of my life.

How did you guys pay for your orders?

Im rather shocked at the way Pam has dealt with the problems, even if it did say 7 games then yes she could get away on a tachnicality that it didnt say360 games but im pretty sure in this country thats still illegal as it was worded in a way to con you, not sure about the US though.

Yeah titchimp...1) the games didnt match up with the photo she had for the units. 2) the games didnt even match up with the list she had written out in the description. I took business law a few years back, and i know thats illegal. Obviously dont take her to court if shes willing to cooperate but as it looks shes is not, so good luck.

Pam has responded to all of my inquiries. I have not received product or a refund yet, but people, remember, these products are EXTREMELY difficult to obtain. Its not like walking into Best Buy. If you have received Xboxes or Ipods in the past without long delays and confusion, consider yourself very lucky.

Relax, and let Pam sort out the problems.
