Default Credit Card Orders Cancelled with Wholesale Merchant from Inetresale.com

Bad News.... I just emailed Inetelectronix and this is what they replied with..
Hello,

You submitted payment via credit card and all credit card payments have been cancelled. This email was sent to all iNet customers who submitted payment via credit card. I received the following email from my supplier today:

To: All Customers
From: The CEO.
Date: 6-22-06
Ref: Credit Card Payment.

At this time any Credit card orders that are pending or has been processed that order will be cancelled effective today. UNITED BANK has any transaction on hold funds from any Credit Card has not been deposited into ATL Wholesale Club account. I will request a refund for all transactions that has been processed, however it’s up to UNITED BANK to act on this request. There contact number is 1-800-201-0461 and the merchant number you need is ********. Please contact them with any and all questions concerning the charge on your account.

Dwight Pearson.
CEO.

Admins, please don't close this thread. If you do, please open the other one that was closed. I know in the past there's been alot of threads about Inetresale.com but this one is very important for the forums members to post thier thoughts about the cancellations and the ongoing process to recieve thier refunds

Thanks
YY

FYI.. I just called my Bank to file a dispute with United Bank. It will be 7-10 days before they could give you a refund. For those who try to contact United Bank, they will not help you. You will have to go through your bank to get a refund.

Thanks
YY

Lets not throw though sorts of presumptions around. Pam is a seller on the forum and has completed a lot of deals on the forum.

Please show her and her company some respect and wait for her to brief you guys on the reasons behind this..

Thanks

I don't think anyone is being scammed. It's similar to what happened to MIFM, though we don't know how ATL is ordering their product. MIFM was using the CC proceeds to order the products until their merchant account began holding the funds because of so many chargebacks. It then became a viscious circle where they couldn't get enough product to fill all of the orders, and the crooks also took out a ton of cash to pay for their lavish lifestyle.

If ATL had the cash, and didn't need to use the CC proceeds, then all should be OK. If they needed the proceeds to keep ordering product, then it will definitely trickle down.

Default Bottom Line

First let me publically admit that I MADE A BIG MISTAKE because so many of my customers were pushing for a trial order with credit card . So the only thing I could come up with was to have the orders processed through the supplier at the huge risk of circumvention which has actually been a problem, because iNet does not and WILL not take credit card orders. Making this decision took the control away from iNet although it was CLEARLY stated that a 3rd party would charge the card. I have every single "signed" authorization indicating that all customers were aware of that fact. Come on people read and take responsibility. It was all printed out for you.

Now you ("theshadow") come on here complaining...gimme a fricken break dude!!! The option was only offered because you guys wanted it. My only fault is making that option available. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE).

Anybody who has had a merchant account should understand this problem. MERCHANT ACCOUNTS ARE NOT MEANT FOR WHOLESALERS. The supplier did not charge the card until the order was ready to ship. He waited the normal 3 to 4 business days for the funds to clear...they never did because the security department of the merchant provider held the funds pending verification. Verification dragged on and on until finally the supplier felt it was the best to just refund customers instead of continuing to wait. Since Mixit there are not any merchant providers that will allow high dollar tickets to electronic wholesalers. The way the grey market is run does not fit with the credit card rules.

You want your stuff in a week then go to Best Buy or hey...go to Apple. You can't!!!! Because there is no profit to be made there so stop whinning and complaining at every turn when things go wrong in the grey market! Things happen, things take time...if you don't want to wait then go to Apple!

I'm saying that iNet didn't have any control over the card transactions being cancelled. We face the same delays that every other broker faces. I overloaded my guy with orders and the expectation of dropshipping and that was a mistake. Now all units will come directly to me prior to going to my customers...takes a little longer but gives us more control over things.

The email i posted says "TO ALL CUSTOMERS" u didnt state on that email it was just to credit card customers. I was under the impression that ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS received this since its what ur email said. All i am asking for is my full refund. Then I will be gone from all this. Over $1000 was taken from me and there is no sign of its whereabouts. This may be chump change for sumone else, but its not for me. I really dont care how long it woulda taken to get my product all i was asking for was the status. Then comes this email about it being cancelled and it being up to God knows who if i will be refunded. if you or someone could give any type of positive, for sure answers to my questions none of this would be happening, . The info u gave me to request my refund was not accurate. when i called them they said they have nothing to do with it. So u dont know, they dont know... can u tell me who does know where and when i will get my refund from? Am i whinning, NO, am i as upset as u are, YES and with reason. I did not want to intentionally cause trouble it is just so frustrating. If u can just guarantee that i will receive my refund instead of stating it is up to someone else i could stop obsessing over this.
