[Discount Etail]

Due to increasing work loads for my new wine specialist company I am considering whether or not to sell Discount Etail, I suppose it could be classed as a ready to go business starter package.

i.e. the package would include:

Business name
Cubecart website with 7 months hosting - £32.50 per year after (depending on exchange rate)
Dascs pro eBay listing template with 8 months hosting - £30 per year after
Dascs pro eBay me page with 8 months hosting - £20 per year after
Dascs animated forum avatar
Professional Logo & letterhead
Email addresses
0844 Phone number
0844 Fax number
Trusted supplier list (used currently or within the last year)

Stock (optional)


I have also spoken to the forum admin and they would be happy for the new owner to change their forum username so it would be Discount Etail (once I have changed mine of course)

This would be an 'open to serious offers' sale.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have apart from a price.

Maybe a good idea would be to list the companies turnover to profit ratio?

Would it be possible to move the hosting of the Dascs Template,ect to a different host?

Also For many newbies to the site i would add what sort of stuff your suppliers offer

I am not selling the business with any turnover promises, simply a platform for people to get a head start as all of the hard work is taken care of.

As far as I am aware Dascs prefer to keep the hosting of their work on their own servers but this could be discussed with them at the time of renewal.

The suppliers products range from, designer clothing, sports equpiment & clothing, branded electronics (large and small), unbranded electronics, home and garden decor, toys and games, gaming and dvd. The list goes on.

As far as I am aware eBay do not allow the sale of accounts (which is why it isnt on the list above), however, I have heard that account holders details can be changed very easily. The account has 500 feedbacks 100% postitive and DSRs of 4.9 - 4.9 - 4.8 and 4.7

Who told you that?

Yes you can change YOUR details but changing it into someone elses details defeats the object of someone NOT being allowed to take over an account.

The same rule applies whether it's a business account or not. You can only change details if you have proof you have changed your name, ie. Deed Poll documentation.

Here is a bit of information for you, for all other information check ebays rules and regulations that you were so hot on before. I have included a bit in there about Paypal too.

If you did manage to get a buyer who uses ebay then they can change their name with YOUR permission to the name Discount Etail.

PayPal have confirmed in their latest user agreement updates that you’re not allowed to transfer your account to someone else. You also have to agree not to operate a PayPal account on behalf of someone else, or in other words if they close or limit your account you can’t get your mother/brother/sister/cousin/mate to open up a PayPal account and let you use it.
This becomes slightly trickier for businesses as although PayPal operate Premier and Business accounts as well as Personal accounts they still have to have a named individual on them. With eBay accounts when a business is sold it’s normal (although not allowed) for the eBay account to be transferred along with all business bank accounts etc.
