Wow. Nice to know that some suppliers are so "professional". I can understand him being annoyed with a fall through, but unless you told the supplier to basically eat crap and die (ie I will never buy from you guys), it is just stupid to make a potential future customer into a def never going to be one. If I was his boss, I would be ready to tell him to go die.

As to your question, it is more likely to be a head of a mouse rather than a dog. Cheaper to ship you know.
