I came across Starjam a few years back,
There webpage seems a bit dull, but to me they were proper legit.
They set me up an account, and asked for a few extras like to fax over an official letterhead for my business and a few other things, so they seemed to want to make sure they were dealing with proper buyers aswell.
I also had a few phone conversations, they were quite helpful to get me on my way.
Only thing was, like others have said here, if your looking to sell on ebay then the profit margins are minimal.
