guys i've been thinking of getting a live chat software for my business after reading this blog. has anyone of you tried this?

i know every job now is outsourced. it's okay with me if i get indian live chat operators though.

what do you think?

Useful yes but one of the two companies we're considering to do business with Dalzell's of Markethill - http://www.armaghelectrical.com are not limited. Is checking their Vat number instead sufficenct enough along with word of mouth?
