Default legit page

i think it would be good if there was
a part of the forum that is for real suppliers
i know there is the 'found a supplier' and directory
but the directory is still fairly small

but i think it would be good as i spend a lot of time reading
threads that turn out to be scammers.
so in this part of the site i think it should just be
legitamet suppliers and suppilers that you dont need that you
are willing to give away for free

but to make it work i think that if you have found a legit supplier
you email or pm one of the forum leaders and then they can put
it up saying that they are real as anybody would just post in it
and it would become a bit messy so any legit suppliers
should be listed for other people to see.

eg. www.netdropshipper.com

it will save people time and you guys as people wont always be asking about
the same people all the time.

just an idea

but if done well it would be awesome

Sounds like a good idea. But i dont think people will give any of there suppliers away. They would have had to research for ages to find these such people and they dont just want to give them away. You could be compition. But i suppose theres away to work round it.

want i meant is the suppliers that turn out to be real
on the treads as you have to look through a lot of
threads to find someone real.
even if they are expensieve it would be useful

eg www.lowbudgetresellers.com

he was found out to be real by all of us on the forum
and anyone can look at the thread but theres about 4
threads for the guy now and 3-4-5 pages on each.

i just meant the ones that we all find out to be real.
or like guru4us said he didnt need some of his contacts
so he put them up on some threads
so i looked through his post's and hes got 21 pages
and i had 5 mins

Matt

I believe that the "Anyone used this supplier" forum is the place where the "legit" suppliers stay unless they are prooven to be scammers and therefore get moved to the "Name & Shame" section..

I think he means he would like it easyier to find links. Just The address with a description of what they sell. Because you really have to read all the posts to get an idea about the company.

Thats the whole Idea of the forum though, to get other peoples opions about companies, thats when it can be said that they are 'legit' without that IMO it would be left open to abuse as people will say that they know a company that is legit and post it without a debate on them and they could be scammers.

just my 2p worth

Dave

lol. yeah i agree with boro. leave them as they are...i know i've posted contacts in the past that i did not need...and due to my large number of posts u will have to find them..

but hey, no pain = no gain.
besides, i'll have to trawl thru all my posts again like u had to..

anyway...if we have a legit page, people will stop posting and merely visit the site for contacts. not the whole point of the forum

The original suggestion (made by me hehe) was to have the web address put into the subject line with a comment regarding the products. Such as..

www.domainname1x1.com - mobile phone supplier

Therefore making the whole process of finding what you are looking for quicker, I also agree that another forum is not needed just posters would be better off thinking about how they title their posts to make things easier.

Titles like - found a supplier..are no good.

Mike
